Territory Coordinator at Dubai Refreshment PJSC
I’m a Territory Coordinator at Dubai Refreshment PJSC, where I’ve been part of the team since September 2017. Over more than eight years, I’ve worked on keeping our territory operations organized and running smoothly, coordinating between sales, deliveries, customers and internal teams.
My role depends on accuracy, clear communication and timely follow-up. I enjoy the detail work: tracking orders, reconciling invoices and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. I also like finding ways to simplify repetitive tasks, whether that’s building Excel workbooks or small tools that save the team time.
I was born and raised in Bihar, with family roots in Kerala, so I grew up between two very different cultures. That background taught me to adapt quickly, listen carefully and work comfortably with people from all walks of life, which helps in a multicultural workplace like the UAE.
Outside work, I’m married and value time with family. I’m always learning, most recently by exploring data dashboards and web tools to make everyday reporting easier.
I’m happy to connect with others in beverage distribution, sales operations and supply chain coordination.
